Petty For Your Thoughts
I must be running down a dream. I am at the Tom Petty concert tailgating in my new Chevy Traverse. How cool that there is so much room in the back that I could fit Tom and the whole band in the back…of course they would have to do an acoustic set.
Locks of Love
I continue to turn heads in my Chevy Malibu. It’s definitely not your normal “Mom Car”….or, maybe it’s because I am driving around with my spill proof coffee cup on the roof, (It really is spill proof) Whatever it is, I’ll take it as a compliment. Another thing I am loving about the Malibu is the way the doors lock. After I hit the door lock button, it gives me a small window of time before they actually lock. This would have come in real handy when my oldest two kids were small. I locked them in our mini-van. Of course it was an accident….and of course they were too small to unlock the van….and of course we all just cried until AAA showed up. (The second set of keys was in my husband’s pocket, who was on an airplane to Kansas City…but this is a crazy story you will have to read about in my book!!!!) Bottom line…if you want to turn heads and not accidentally lock your kids in the car, the Malibu is for you!!!
